Your building project

Whatever your project - from Commercial, Residential or Community - we will utilise our extensive global experience to find the best solution for you, taking into account your geographic region, climate and specific site requirements.

Your design or ours

The design phase is the most exciting and your input is critical. Once the sketch plans are completed we will be in a position to establish a preliminary cost estimate.

Finalise the design

Having completed the approved plans and specifications we can now prepare a more detailed quote based on the agreed design plans. The next step is to arrange the contract, project timeline and delivery arrangements.

Technical support and supervision

We have a team of trained Lockwood supervisors that are available to contract directly with you or your building contractor to assist in the planning, construction and supervision of your Lockwood Building Program.
