Heat, Humidity, Dry & Arid Climates We have built in some of the hottest regions in the world, including the Middle East. Our building system can withstand extreme humidity as the buildings are designed to breathe and the organic based treatment is resistant to rot and decay. We have extensive experience in desert and arid regions with harsh external environments and extreme temperature variations.		High winds We can engineer our buildings to very high cyclonic and hurricane conditions to withstand the highest exposure regions.



Coastal conditions High exposure from sea spray and marine environment including on and over water construction.		Cold & Snow We have specialized high insulation “Superwalls” to provide the highest levels of insulation. Our structures can be engineered to withstand very high snow loadings and cold extremes.



Sloping sites We can design foundations to support our buildings on steep sloping sites.		Earthquake Our building system is very resistant to earthquakes and we are at the leading edge of NZ based technology and experience.

We arrived in Aitutaki two days after cyclone Pat had devastated the island, removing 70% of the roofs & demolishing many homes completely. It was with great relief to arrive on our land to find our Lockwood home standing tall.
