Technical information:

  1. Solid Timber interior and exterior double layered wall.
  2. Proven Lockwood wall connection system using interlocking profiles to solidly lock the walls into place.
  3. Opposed Tie Rods provide massive resistance to earthquake and wind and connect the roof to the floor.
  4. Foam insulation that fills the cavity between the interior and exterior walls to provide an insulation value of R 3.7
  5. Stiffener posts slotted between the interior and exterior walls to provide the walls with more strength.
  6. Low thermal conductivity plastic webbing
    inserts that tie the interior and exterior walls together without providing a path for excessive heat loss.
  7. Highly insulated subfloor, suspended timber or concrete floor.
