The Lockwood Initial Urban Series is designed to give you a quality timber home from as little as $1300m2. The actual cost will depend on your site, the plan you choose, and any additional specifications, but when you build a Lockwood Initial you'll get a home built by an experienced team and backed by a comprehensive builder's guarantee.

Virtually maintenance-free and very, very tough
Lockwoods are famous for being able to take the knocks and being very low maintenance inside and out. No painting, no rotting timber framing, no fixing dented gib walls. They've withstood extreme weather conditions the world over, remaining intact in earthquakes and hurricanes, when every house around them has been destroyed.

Stylish, urban designs
The plans in the urban series range from a compact 2 bedroom plan of 65m2 to a spacious 4 bedroomed 190m2. There's even a comfortable 2-storey design in the range. Most of the plans have been designed to look fantastic with either a gabled or a mono-pitch roof line, and there is a choice of cladding and interior finishes too.
